We're building the system, not just selling the shifts.
Plenty of companies will rent you a robot or rent you labor. Safra is built differently: we own both the machine and the people who run it, because that's the only way the work actually gets cheaper and better over time instead of staying flat.
A machine made for the task, not adapted to it.
General-purpose arms are over-built and over-priced for the fine, light work a retail floor actually needs. By building a purpose-made rig, we get something cheaper and better-fit — and, just as important, we understand it deeply enough to teach it to do more of the job on its own. A machine you only rent from someone else can't learn your work.
Operating well is a real skill — and we grow it on purpose.
Supervising and correcting a semi-autonomous robot is a craft that barely existed a few years ago — a skill our operators build shift by shift. Because the work is done over the network, we can hire skilled people for whom a daily commute isn't realistic, which widens the talent pool we draw on as we grow.
The same deployment that does the work also learns it.
A person does the task
An operator covers your task reliably from the first shift — judgment included, no waiting for a model to be ready.
The system watches and learns
Every shift is structured data on how the task is really done — the foundation automation is built from.
The routine parts run themselves
The repetitive motions get handed to the robot, the operator covers more, and your cost per task falls.
Early, and saying so.
Safra is in its first phase: building the hardware, running the earliest pilots, and proving the work on real floors with real operators. We'd rather tell you that plainly than dress it up. If you're the kind of operator who's open to being early — and getting a direct line to the people building it — this is the right moment to talk.
Operate the robots — from wherever you are.
We're building our founding team of operators: people who take pride in doing physical work well and can think on their feet when a task needs a decision. Because the job is done over the network there's no commute, and we train you on the system from the start — no prior robotics experience required.
- Fully remote, with training provided.
- Steady, focused work for people who'd rather do than sit in meetings.
- A direct line to the team building the system from day one.
Be one of the first floors.
We're working closely with a small set of early operators. A first conversation is short and costs nothing.
