Operate the robots — from wherever you are.
Safra's robots are driven by trained people working over the network. There's no commute, we train you from the start, and you build a genuinely new skill: supervising and correcting a semi-autonomous robot on real shifts.
A short, paid remote session — no experience or commitment required, and we focus on hiring veterans. Currently open to people living in San Antonio.
We're not posting open salaried roles yet.
Safra is early, and we'd rather say so than list jobs we're not ready to fill. There's no long careers ladder here right now. What's real today is the paid operator trial below — a first, compensated step that lets you try the work and lets us get to know how you operate. It's a trial, not an offer of employment, and we're honest about that on the form.
Steady, hands-on work — done remotely.
You drive a purpose-built robot through an app to do real tasks on a real floor — stocking, moving, picking, checking — using your judgment when a task needs a decision. It rewards focus and care more than a résumé.
- Fully remote, with training provided — no prior robotics experience needed.
- Veterans prioritized — the discipline and judgment of service fit this work well.
- Steady, focused work for people who'd rather do than sit in meetings.
- A direct line to the team building the system from day one.
A short, paid session to try the work.
A compensated trial
A one-time, paid remote session where you practice driving a robot through the app. It's a trial, not a job — no employment or future work is promised, and we say so plainly.
Open in San Antonio
Currently open to people living in or near San Antonio. Veterans are prioritized. You'll need a reasonable home internet connection — the form checks the basics.
